Haijun Niu Patent Attorney Authorized Patent Litigator Partner Ph.D.

Dr. Niu obtained the Ph.D. Degree with the major of physical chemistry in Institute of Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICCAS) in 2006.  He continued his Research experience at Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces in Germany. Dr. Niu's expertise covers chemistry and pharmaceutics, including electrochemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry, polymer science, nano-science, chemical engineering and mechanicals, pharmaceutical chemistry, natural and synthetic drug, medical materials and devices, batteries, textiles, metallurgy, and semiconductors. Dr. Niu joined Csptal in 2007 and qualified as a patent attorney in 2011. Dr. Niu has drafted and prosecuted a large number of patent applications. He also provides legal services regarding patent inquiry and search, patent review and invalidation, patent administrative proceedings, investigation of patent infringement by administrative authority, and other IP-related matters.
