Mr. Wang’s patent expertise covers the areas of mechanics, electrics, optics, signal, and physics, specifically including: instruments, microstructure fabrication, semiconductors, display devices, optical and acoustic engineering, metrology and control systems, signal acquisition and processing, and automobiles.
Mr. Wang provides specialized services of drafting patent applications, prosecuting the applications before SIPO, USPTO, EPO, reexamination, invalidation and appeal procedures, rendering opinions on infringement and invalidity as well as patent search. Typical clients comprise BOE, ASML, Nuctech, Valeo, etc., and some foreign/domestic semiconductor companies and research institutions.
Mr. Wang obtained his M.S. degree in MEMS (Micro Electrical Mechanical System) from the Department of Precision Instruments of Tsinghua University, in 2007. Mr. Wang ever worked in Tsinghua University ERCNT (Engineering Research Center for Navigation Technology) on research and product development of military inertia navigation system.
Mr. Wang joined China Science Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd in 2015 as an admitted Chinese patent attorney.
Mr. Wang worked in China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. during 2007-2015, where he had received intensive training on patent search, patent drafting, prosecution, re-examination and invalidation. He was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2015.He is a member of All-China Patent Attorney’s Association.
Mr. Wang is proficient in Chinese and English.
