Dr. Li has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in a variety of technical fields, such as organic and inorganic chemistry, polymers, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, and pharmaceuticals. In particular, she has excellent expertise in polymer materials, photoelectric materials, information materials, silicates, nanocomposites, functional structure materials, functional interface materials, surface treatment of materials, rubbers, plastics, cosmetics, detergents, and pesticides.
Dr. Li provides legal services in patent application/inquiry/search, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analysis and other related IP related matters. Especially, Dr. Li has got rich experiences in patent application, examination and re-examination, and her clients cover many enterprises, scientific research institutions and colleges and universities at home and abroad.
Dr. Li graduated from Wuhan University and got her Ph.D. degree in polymer chemistry and physics in 2002. She joined CSPTAL in 2004 and was admitted as a Patent Attorney in 2008. Prior to that, she had worked as a postdoctor for two years in Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
