Dr. Ke got his B.S. degree in Electronic Technology from the College of Information Engineering, Beijing United University in 1990, and M.S. degree in Information Science from the Graduate School of Kochi University, Japan in 1996 and Ph.D. degree in Marine Environment Engineering from the United Graduate School of Ehime University, Japan in 2000. He has 3-years working experience in scientific research on the Industrial Electronic Measure and Control in the Institute of Electric Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 1990 to 1993, and has 8-yearsworking experience in IT industry in Solxyz company, Japan from 2000 to 2008.

He joined our company in 2008, he engaged in the patent agent business concerning the computer technology, the telecommunication technology, information processing technology, and the semiconductor technology in the electric and electronic engineering field.

 He is proficient in Chinese, Japanese and English.
