Intellectual Asset Management (IAM)， an internationally renowned media in the field of intellectual property， published the “IAM Global Leaders” list on its official website on November 19 (https://www.iam-media.com/iam-global-leaders-private-practice). Mr. Zhao Wei， the senior partner and deputy general manager of China Science Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd.， emerged from the personal list of “IAM Patent 1000” previously released and made it to the top list.

As a recognized authoritative recommendation list in the field of intellectual property， “IAM Global Leaders” was finally determined by IAM after nearly four months of conducting a comprehensive and objective research on individuals in the “IAM Patent 1000” list. There are 31 patent attorneys in Mainland China selected this time， representing the highest level of patent attorneys in the region.
