CSPTAL KEEPS A HIGH LEVEL OF INVENTION PATENT AUTHORIZATION RATE IN 2015-2019

The “Public Platform for Patent Attorney Services” (http://www.pppas.net/index) established by the All-China Patent Attorneys Association has released the number of patent applications， the number of patent authorizations， and the invention patent authorization / rejection rate of the patent agencies in the past five years (2015-2019)， which provides guidance assistance for innovation subjects in patent applications and agency services.
Based on the data released， CSPTAL keeps a high level of invention patent authorization rate in 2015-2019， especially under the general trend of a sharp decline in the patent application authorization rate in 2019， CSPTAL still achieves an invention patent authorization rate of 74%， which is significantly higher than the industry average level (the invention patent authorization rate in 2019 published by the CNIPA is 44.3%).
In terms of the number of invention patents granted， CSPTAL's total number of invention patents granted in the past five years has reached 29215， ranking the forefront of the industry.
In terms of the number of invention patent applications， the number of cases represented by CSPTAL continued to increase at a rate of 1，000 per year， and the number of invention patent applications rose to 10，642 in 2019.
The authorization rate has been kept at a high level， and the number of represented cases has been steadily increased and reached a new high level.
