The 10th China Intellectual Property Annual Conference with the topic of "IP, Evolving with the New Era" was opened in Hangzhou on September 2, 2019. More than 10,000 delegates from more than 40 countries on five continents attended the Conference. Representatives from international organizations, government departments at home and abroad, embassies in China, judicial organs, universities and institutes, industry associations, and famous enterprises came together.

In the Conference, Mr. Ruijing KE, partner of CSPTAL and manager of Japanese Electronics Group, gave a speech “Prepare for Global Layout of AI patent” at Session 2 (AI 2.0 and Intellectual Property) starting from 13:30, September 2. The speech analyzes AI patent examinations in China, Japan, the United States and Europe, including the status of AI patent applications and the trends of AI patent examinations in recent years, and also providing examples of examinations (patentability, novelty, inventive step).
