Ms. Zhang joined CSPTAL in 2002. Her technical specialty focuses on Biology and Medicine, for example, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Stem Cell, Enzyme and Protein Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Medical Apparatus etc. Ms. Zhang provides legal services regarding Patent Presentation, Patent Search as well as Opinions on patentability, Re-examination and Invalidation, FTO analysis, Infringement analysis, and Patent-Related Litigation, Patent Strategy and License etc. Her clients cover Pharmaceutical and Biotechnical companies famous in the word as well some institutes and universities in China.
Ms. Zhang obtained her B. S. in Biotechnology and M. S. in Microbiology and Immunology from Northeast Agriculture University & Institute of Genetics of Chinese Academy of Sciences and had worked at the State Key Laboratory of Veterinary Biotechnology located in Harbin Veterinary Institute of China Academy of Agriculture Sciences for several years. She was trained in an IP law firm, Scully Scott Murphy Presser LLP, in greater New York area in 2016.
Currently, she is an expert for evaluation of patent value of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, an IP advisor for IncubatorinChina.com. She has lectured on patent presentation and prosecution for many enterprises and institutes, including KIM & CHANG which is the largest law firm in Korea, Biological and Pharmaceutical group in CJ Healthcare which is the largest food company in Korea, Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
