Ms. Li practices in the area of intellectual property law, more specially in patent application drafting, prosecution and invalidation. Her expertise covers a variety of areas of fields and technical areas, including electrical/electronic engineering, telecommunication, consumer electronics, image processing and automated control. She also provides legal services regarding patent search, opinions on patentability, re-examination and invalidation, and other matters related to intellectual property right.
Ms. Li has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in a variety of technical fields, especially involving image/signal processing, Internet and computer software for many famous companies all over the world. She has also drafted legal opinions regarding infringement, non-infringement, invalidity, and patentability for those clients.
Ms. Li joined China Science in 2006, and was qualified as a patent attorney in 2007. Since 2014 she worked as an assistant to the Manager in US and EP marketing and client relationship.? She also takes responsibility of exploring domestic market and maintaining client relationship.
Ms. Li received Master Degree in Circuit and System from Graduate School of University of Science and Technology of China in June 2006. She participated in “U.S. Patent Law and Practices Training Program” and went to U.S. John Marshall Law School for training and study in September 2011..
