administrative litigation and infringement litigation.
In July 2005, he
graduated from the Mechanical Engineering School of Dalian University of
Technology, majored in mechanical and electrical foreign trade with a
bachelor's degree in engineering and a bachelor's degree in Japanese, and in
March 2019, he graduated from the intellectual property Studies Department of
Osaka University of Technology with a master's degree.
He joined China
Science and Technology Patent and Trademark Agency Co., Ltd. in July 2005 and
was qualified as a patent agent in China in 2010.
Han Cong was
sent by the company to a well-known patent agency in Japan in 2013 to study
Sino-Japanese patent practice.
